A Quick Hair Loss And Stress Test
A really simple test that you can do at home to check to see if there is a relationship between stress and hair loss for you can be done in seconds.
Follow these simple steps,
1. Grab a small portion of your hair, just enough to fit into a drinking straw, so around 60 strands of hair.
2. Now we need to pulls some hair out. Holding firmly on the hair, slowly pull just lightly all the way until you no longer have your hair anymore BUT keep holding on to the hairs that you pulled out.
3. Count how many hairs you pulled out.
4. There should be between 0 - 10 hairs between your fingers. If there is more then 10 then you may have hair loss caused by stress.
Keep in mind that your hair my be in the Catagen phase of the hair growth cycle which means your hair is falling out naturally so there is nothing to worry about. If you pulled out more then 10 strands stress could very well be a contributing factor also and usually is because the Catagen phase only last around 1 - 2 weeks.
You should either be eating right or using a hair loss vitamin and as I always tell everyone make sure they are Proven Hair Loss Vitamins
